How does this Privacy Notice apply to me?
This Privacy Notice applies to the processing of personal information by Endorsemii as a controller. When we talk about Endorsemii acting as a "controller," we mean that Endorsemii determines the purpose and the means of the processing (i.e., we make decisions about how we will handle your personal information). This Privacy Notice does not address the processing of personal information by our Users (individuals or businesses using Endorsemii) in connection with their endorsement campaigns. If you are an influencer/content creator participating in an endorsement campaign and want to know how an Endorsemii User handles your personal information, please get in touch with the Endorsemii User directly and/or refer to any privacy notice provided by the Endorsemii User.
If you provide us with information about another person (e.g., if you are a representative of an individual or a business), you must provide them with a copy of this Privacy Notice and let that other person know that we use their personal information in the ways set out in this Privacy Notice.
What personal information do we collect?
The personal information that we may collect about you broadly falls into the following categories:
Information you provide voluntarily
When you sign up to become an Endorsemii User, an influencer/content creator, use or interact with our Endorsemii Services, visit our Platform, or participate in our campaigns, we may ask you to provide personal information voluntarily. For example, if you are an Endorsemii User, we will ask you to provide your email address, name, username, password, and billing information. If you are an influencer/content creator, we will ask for your contact information, social media profiles, and content preferences.
Information that we collect automatically
When you visit our Platform, use our Endorsemii Services, or interact with our campaigns, we collect certain information automatically from your device. This may include your IP address, device type, location data, usage data, and other technical information. We use this information for analytics, improving our services, and providing relevant campaign recommendations.
Information that we obtain from third-party sources
From time to time, we may receive personal information about you from third-party sources, such as marketing partners and service providers, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Why do we collect your personal information?
In general, we will use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Legal basis for processing personal information
Our legal basis for collecting and using personal information will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific circumstances in which we collect it. We may collect personal information from you only where we have your consent, where we need the personal information to perform a contract with you, or where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you or may otherwise need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person. If we ask you to provide personal information to comply with a legal requirement, we will make this clear at the relevant time and advise you whether the provision of your personal information is mandatory or not (as well as of the possible consequences if you do not provide your personal information). We require certain personal information to enter into a contract with you as an Endorsemii User. Without your personal information, we will be unable to provide you with the Endorsemii Services available to Endorsemii Users. If we collect and use your personal information in reliance on our legitimate interests (or those of any third party), this interest will normally be to develop and improve the Endorsemii Services, provide additional functionality, ensure appropriate security, implement sensitive content warnings, and content moderation. We may have other legitimate interests, and if appropriate, we will make clear to you at the relevant time what those legitimate interests are. If you have questions about or need further information concerning the legal basis on which we collect and use your personal information, please contact us using the contact details provided under the "Contact Us" heading below.

That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policies and their own terms and conditions. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by payment card industry data security standards ("PCI-DSS") as managed by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information. The payment processors we work with are:
